Pratiksha Parshuram Kamble –
With over 24 years of diverse experience across KPO, pharmaceuticals,
counseling, freelancing, and education, I bring strong leadership,
interpersonal, and organizational skills. My journey across multiple roles has
provided deep insight into human behavior and decision-making challenges.
As a career counselor, I am passionate about guiding individuals toward
informed and meaningful career choices aligned with their strengths and
interests. I hold a PGDM in Human Resources and an MA in Clinical Psychology,
along with international certifications in coaching, Dream Analysis, and Love
Language Assessment, enabling a holistic approach to counseling.
Recognized with three teaching awards, I am known for my empathetic
listening, emotional intelligence, and structured guidance. I create a safe and
supportive environment that helps individuals overcome barriers, build
confidence, and achieve clarity in their personal and professional lives.
